DuckyChannel Introduces ProjectD, Ducky One 3 Pro, and Ducky Freedom Keyboards at COMPUTEX 2023
DuckyChannel showcased a wide range of innovative products today at the 2023 Taipei International Computer Exhibition. These products include ProjectD, a CNC aluminum keyboard that allows gamers to DIY their own keyboard from scratch, the Freedom Four-Mode Keyboard, the One 3 Pro 8K Keyboard-Mouse Combo, PBT Triple-Shot Keycap Set, and various switch options.
ProjectD Custom Keyboard
The DuckyChannel ProjectD caters to DIY enthusiasts and features a metal casing with numerous assembly components. Users will need a certain level of understanding of mechanical keyboards to start and complete the assembly process. In addition to supporting hot-swapping and detachable cables, the keyboard holds many secrets inside! These include IXPE switch pads, Poron foam, Poron bottom foam, and even different materials for the plate (such as POM and FR4). With a Gasket Mount structure design, the consistency of keystrokes is significantly improved, and it supports QMK/VIA customization, allowing users to fully personalize their own tactile feel and control from hardware to software. ProjectD also offers a wide range of color options, ensuring there’s one that suits your desk.
Ducky Freedom
The Ultimate Four-Mode Keyboard, Including PS/2
The Ducky Freedom supports four interfaces: wired USB, 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.0, and even PS/2. It inherits the classic One 3 series dual-color scheme with ultra-thin bezels reduced by approximately 15%. The keyboard also features hot-swappable switches, allowing users to experience different switch types. At the exhibition, both 60% and 65% layouts will be showcased.
Ducky One 3 Pro
The popular hot-swappable Ducky One 3 introduces the Pro version. In addition to the exclusive QUACK Mechanics design, the hardware is upgraded to support an 8K polling rate. It comes with genuine PBT triple-shot seamless keycaps, Cherry switches, and a South-Facing switch design, enhancing compatibility with different keycap heights.
