Introduction
NVIDIA today releases the Super Series graphics cards, a factory-overclocked version of the older non-super GeForce RTX 20 Series graphics cards. The released Super Series cards include the GeForce RTX 2080 Super, GeForce RTX 2070 Super, and GeForce RTX 2060 Super. The Super Series aims to counter AMD’s Radeon NAVI graphics cards which will be launched later this month. The GeForce RTX 2070 Super is expected to have performance up to par with the previous generation GeForce RTX 2080 graphics card. There were performance leaks of the card showing near-performance with the RTX 2080 in Final Fantasy 15 benchmark. Hence, the RTX 2070 Super shows significant performance improvement over the RTX 2070 graphics card as seen in the benchmark result below.
