CHERRY, a leading global manufacturer of computer input devices, is launching another mechanical keyboard – the CHERRY MX 10.0N RGB.
A Symbiosis of Design and Mechanics
The CHERRY MX 10.0N RGB is a mechanical premium keyboard and yet as slim as modern office keyboards. This is made possible by the CHERRY MX LOW PROFILE RGB SPEED switches, which are exclusively manufactured in Germany. With a height of just 22 mm, typing is ergonomically and conveniently possible even without a palm rest. This slim elegance is in stark contrast to the stable and solid housing made of metal. The fold-out foot is also made entirely of aluminum. As a special feature, it folds back in automatically as soon as the keyboard is lifted. With or without a stand, the keyboard is always stable and non-slip on the table.
Powerful Lighting
All keys of the CHERRY MX 10.0N RGB are equipped with an RGB LED with up to 16.8 million colors. In addition to ready-made effects, you can also choose your own colors or light individual buttons individually. There is a choice between a play of colors or monochrome lighting – and all of this without installing any software. For the programming of even more individual effects, macros, and professional settings, the CHERRY Utility Software – a powerful program at no additional cost is available at cherry.de/software.
State of the Art Electronics
Thanks to the 8 MB integrated memory, the CHERRY MX 10.0N RGB keyboard remembers the last settings – even if it has been unplugged in the meantime. Anti-ghosting prevents the creation of “ghost keys”, ie characters that are output when several keys are pressed at the same time, although they were not pressed at all. Thanks to full-key rollover, keys can be pressed simultaneously indefinitely without losing any input.
Tested and Proven CHERRY Switches
CHERRY MX LOW PROFILE RGB SPEED switches can withstand more than 50 million actuations per key. Despite the low overall height, the inimitable MX feeling can be felt with every push of a button. The switching characteristics are linear, i.e. without clicking and without noticeable resistance. The switching point takes place after a pre-travel of just one millimeter. It is not necessary to press it down to the floor. This not only increases the reaction time but also ensures that every keystroke on the extra flat keys is registered. A decisive advantage, not only for gamers but also in everyday office life.
