SilverStone ALTA F2 Super Tower Chassis Unveiled
SilverStone Technology introduces the ALTA F2 super tower chassis featuring the stack cooling effect design with its 90° motherboard layout. The SilverStone ALTA F2 features a massive interior with impressive hardware and cooling support. For starters, the ALTA F2 supports up to XL-ATX and SSI-EEB form factor motherboards – covering high-end PC builds for gaming and professional workstation use. The SilverStone ALTA F2 also features two ATX PSU bays allowing users to put in two power supply units.
Moreover, a unique feature of the SilverStone ALTA F2 is its support for three different graphics card mounting orientations. The chassis comes with the necessary hardware, riser cable, and GPU mounting brackets, out of the box to make the three orientations possible. The ALTA F2 does not come with any RGB lighting giving it a minimalistic and contemporary appeal – not loud and flashy. The ALTA F2 comes with three Air Penetrator 184i PRO PWM-controlled fans pre-installed at the bottom that gives it the stack cooling design.
For cooling, the SilverStone ALTA F2 supports up to massive 560mm (4x140mm), 540mm (3x180mm), 480mm (4x120mm) radiators and smaller radiators in 120mm/140mm/180mm fan sizes. The chassis also features massive storage support – up to 8x 3.5″ HDDs or up to 7x 2.5″ SSDs.
