SilverStone ALTA G1M microATX Chassis Unveiled
SilverStone Technology unveils its latest addition to the ALTA Series cases, the ALTA G1M micro-ATX chassis. The ALTA G1M features the Stack Effect Design with a 90° motherboard layout and SilverStone’s award-winning Air Penetrator cooling fans. The ALTA G1M is designed to have a small footprint while being able to support high-end components thanks to its superb cooling features. The chassis supports micro-ATX motherboards and SFX-L power supplies while being able to accommodate full-sized graphics cards of up to 355mm in length and liquid cooling radiators of up to 360mm.
Like the SilverStone SUGO 14 mini-ITX chassis, the ALTA G1M also comes with a multi-purpose bracket that allows flexible configuration options between storage devices and cooling hardware. The bracket can support multiple drives, up to two 3.5″ HDDs or up to four 2.5″ SSDs or one 3.5″ HDD + two 2.5″ SSDs. The bracket can also be used to support cooling hardware instead of storage drives, allowing builders to mount up to 360mm radiators with fans or three 120mm fans. The bracket can also support a combination of fans and storage if preferred.
SilverStone also added a cable routing shroud to the ALTA G1M to help builders hide cables and create a neat build. The SilverStone ALTA G1M comes with removable fan filters on all panels with ventilation holes, the front I/O comes fitted with two USB 3.0 ports, a USB-C port, power and reset buttons, audio port, and a status LED light.

Pricing and Availability
The SilverStone ALTA G1M comes in white and black colors, expected to be available at partner resellers by the end of Q3 2021. SRP is $125 for ALTA G1M White and $115 for ALTA G1M Black.
